Halloween

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays!
Alex and I took a venture to our downtown area for a little kid friendly trick-or-treating. This year he really got into and loved walking up to people and saying "trick-or-treat".

He Makes Me Smile....

So one of my favorite subjects in my son, Alex. He has so many expressions and is usually really great about letting me try new settings and practicing in less-than-perfect light.
We took a trip to our favorite local pumpkin patch - located along the Pacific ocean.... It was right around noon and the light was super hot and the shadows were intense... but when shooting kids I have learned that their schedules don't always go along with perfect evening light...
